- At the conclusion of the story, charlotte had an egg sac that contained 514 eggs. She was proud of them but also sad because she did not think that she would live long enough to take care of them. Wilbur saw to it that the sac got back to the house because charlotte was not going to come for it. So he carried it in his mouth and took it back. Later that day charlotte died. In the spring the spider eggs hatched and there were three little spiders. Fern never came back to the barn again, but everyone else lived happily.

- Token Economy - Given out to everyone the same amount of tickets per day/week. If the behavior is exceptional, you give a token, and if the bahavior is bad, then one is taken away. At the end of the week the stdents can purchase a prize or something based on the amount of tokens they have.
