- lane signal
- signal, usually over head, that tells weather a lane can or can not be used at a spefic time
- shared -left-turn lane
- lane on a buisy street that helps drivers make safer mid-block left turns in to buisness aeras from a center lane
- advisory speed limit
- these are set for special conditions such as sharp curves. they are often posted under warning signs. they indicate the maximum suggested speed under ideal conditions.
- right-trun-on red
- turning right when the red signal is on unless specifically prohibited to turn
- warning sign
- a sign that alerts you to possible hazards and road conditions
- right of way
- you accept the privilege of immediate use of the roadway
- rumble strips
- sections of rough pavement intended to alert drivers of approaching roadway construction, tollbooth plasa, or other traffic conditions
- basic speed law
- this law states that you may not drive faster than is safe and prudent for existing conditions, regardless of posted speed limits

- this is set on some roadways to keep traffic moving safely, by not allowing drivers to drive slower than a cirtan speed.
