- Michelangelo
- He was born in a Florentine family. He was a sculpter, painter, and architect. His most famous works were the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel which portrayed Genesis. His other works were Creation and Flood.
- Da Vinci
- His portraits portrayed individualism. He was the court painter to Louis XII of France. His most famous paintings/portraits were the Mona Lisa and the "Last Supper".
- Van Eyck
- He was a Flemish painter, who painted the speculation of Realism. His most famous painting was the "Adoration of the Lamb".
- Durer
- He was a German painter, one of his most famous paintings was the "Four Horseman of the Apocalypse", another was "Adoration of the Magi".
- Brunelleschi
- Father of Renaissance architecture, did the Church of San Lorenzo and the Cathedral of Florence. He created the first dome called Duomo.
- Giotto
- Father of Renaissance painting. He was the first to use perspective. His most famous works were "The Ascension" and the "Funeral of St. Francis".
- Raphael
- His sculptures displayed soft and reflect the inner beuty. He was known as the best example of linear perspective. Also, most of his paintings showed secularism, in which was the corruption of the Pope.
- Bottecelli
- His most famous work was "The Birth of Venus"
- Thomas More
- He was a Renaissance writer who writed his most famous piece "Utopia". He critized the Renaissance society by creating an imaginary island with a perfect structure. Also, he was a civic humanist.
- Erasmus
- He was the Prince of Humanists. He was a Dutch writer, who translated the Greek-Latin new testament(1516). He wrote "Julius Excluded from Heaven". He was a christian humanist.
- Donatello
- Father of Renaissance sculpture. He did the first free-standing sculpture, this was the first since the Classical Era. His most famous work was David.
- Bramante
- Was most famous in the period of the High Renaissance, with his outstanding architecture. He did the St. Peter's Basilica(138 feet in diameter, and was known as the perfect dome)
- Brueghel
- He was a 16th centaury painter. His most famous paintings are the "Peasent Wedding", "Beggers", "Children's Game's", and the "Return of the Hunters"
