Area where an organism lives
Secondary Succession
Only soil is left such as an abandoned field or debris from a forest fire.
Estuaries
Where rivers meet the sea (organisms feed on detritus)
Biotic Factors
All biological organisms and influences in an ecosystem (everything organic, plants and animals)
Logistic Growth/Carrying Cappacity
As the resources become limited, the population reaches it's carrying capacity (the environment can no longer supply or carry this population) and the growth slows or stops. The graph of this shows a typical "S" curve for logistic growth

Observing, experimenting and modeling.

Day to day atmospheric conditions
Communities
Assemblages of different populations that live together in a defined area
Predation
One organism (predator) captures and eats another (prey
Commensalism
One organism benefits and the other is neither helped nor harmed
Nutrient Cycles
Include the Carbon cycle, the Nitrogen cycle, and the Phosphorus cycle.
