- dimercaprol
- succimer
- penicillamine

(basically same as for lead)
Antifreeze (ethylene glycol)
- Ethanol
- fomepizole
- dialysis
Opoids
Naloxone/naltrexone
Benzodiazepine
Flumazenil
TCAs
NaHCO3 (nonspecific)
Heparin
Protamine sulfate

(=positively charged molecule that binds to negatively charged heparin. Think Protamine-->proton)
Warfarin
Fresh frozen plasma
Vit K
tPA, streptokinase
Aminocaproic acid

???
Antimuscarinics
Physostigmine (AChE inhibitor)
Anticholinesterase
atropine + pralidoxime
Organophosphates
atropine + pralidoxime

(Organophosphates cause same toxicities as anticholinesterases)
