Arsenic poisoning. Therefore, tx with:
- dimercaprol
- succimer
- penicillamine
(basically same as for lead) - Antifreeze (ethylene glycol)

- dialysis - Opoids
- Naloxone/naltrexone
- Benzodiazepine
- Flumazenil
- TCAs
- NaHCO3 (nonspecific)
- Heparin

Protamine sulfate
(=positively charged molecule that binds to negatively charged heparin. Think Protamine-->proton) - Warfarin

Fresh frozen plasma
Vit K - tPA, streptokinase

- Physostigmine (AChE inhibitor)
- Anticholinesterase
- atropine + pralidoxime
- Organophosphates

(Organophosphates cause same toxicities as anticholinesterases)
