Facial flushing, headache, sweating, palpatations, and chest pain.

2nd or 3rd degree AV block or sick sinus syndrome unless patient witha functional artificial pacemaker. Atrial Flutter & Atrial Fibrillation. Repeat doses of Adenosine are not indicated if the dysrhythmia reoccurs after conversion. Alternate pharmalogical therapy may be necessary.
