- define anxiety
- the central nervous system's physiological and emotional response to vague sense of threat or danger.
- differance between fear and anxiety
- fear is not a constant reaction. -more intense reaction anxiety is a constant emotional response to fear. -less intense reaction but feeling is prolonged
