Written questions put by one party in a lawsuit to another before trial (a form of discovery)
Interrogatories
A legal action, or lawsuit; also the area of law having to do with trial work
Litigation
One of the opposing sides in a lawsuit

Formal statements by the parties in an action which outline their claims or defenses
