漢字は、一つのものにも読み方がたくさんあるので、難しい。
Kanji are difficult because (even)㬬one kanji (often) has a number of readings.

It seems that Tokyo is a difficult place to live in becauｓe everything is expensive.
アメリカでは、学生が先生をファーストネームで呼ぶらしい。
Evidently, students call teachers by their first names in America.
アメリカに着いて初めてのカルチャーショックだった。

How many yen is a dollar?
『どうも』のような便利なフレーズは、英語にはないだろう。
I don't think English has a convenient phrase like "doomo".
名前の漢字は、日本人にも読めないような読み方があるから、難しい。
Characters for names are difficult because there are readings such as those that even Japanese can't read.
