Action Code A
Advised Incident - an incident you want documented, but does not require units to be dispatched
Action Code C
Combined Incident - an incident you want to respond an additional type of agency, other than the one the call type generates.
Action Code D
Details to Follow - used when you want to enter supplemental call info in the call. The D in the action will enter the call, and the incident mask will remain with an S in the action code for the supplemental info to be added.
Action Code M
Modify - used when you need to change any of the following in a call: Location, name, phone number, call type, priority, response or dispatch group. It will require you to recall the incident before modifying it.
Action Code P
Pro-QA - used when entering medical calls using Emergency Medical Priority Dispatching. This action code will enable the PROQA screen to automatically open after you have entered the initial call info.
Action Code R
Recall - used to recall an incident to either modify it or supplement info. You may insert the Incident Number into the mask or use the address of the call.
Action Code S
Supplement - used when you need to add supplemental info to a call. The call does not have to be open to be supplemented.
Action Code X
Cancel - used to cancel a call. You must recall an incident prior to canceling it.
Pri E
Emergency Calls - the highest priority calls and are indicated by flashing in red. These must be dispatched within one minute.
Pri 1
Priority 1 - are urgent calls that must be dispatched within 3 minutes for law enforcement. They are displayed in red.
Pri 2
Priority 2 - are displayed in yellow and must be dispatched within 7 minutes for law enforcement.
Pri 3
Priority 3 - displayed in green and are normally report calls. These calls must be dispatched within 20 minutes.
DSPO
Disposition given to a call. Can be used when modifying a call at a later time. If you enter an "Advised" call and it is a call type that requires a disposition, it must be entered here.
