hardware
The physical parts of a computer system, such as the kwyboard, monitor, printer, and so forth.
software
The instructions, also called computer programs, that are used to tell a computer what it should do.
supercomputer
The fastest, most expensive, and most powerful type of computer.
computer
A programmable, electronic device that accepts data input, performs processing operations on that data, and outputs and stores results
operating system
A type of system software that enables a computer to operate and manage its resources and activitites.
uniform resource locator
An internet address, usually beginning with http://, that uniquely identifies a web page
Internet
The largest and most well-known computer network, linking millions of computers all over the world.
hyperlink
Text or image located on a web page or other document that is linked to a web page or other type of document.
