Firewall
A firewall is a dedicated appliance, or software running on another computer, which inspects network traffic passing through it, and denies or permits passage based on a set of rules.
Hacking
Computer programmers often use the words hacking and hacker to express admiration for the work of a skilled software developer.
Spyware
is computer software that is installed surreptitiously on a personal computer to intercept or take partial control over the user's interaction with the computer, without the user's informed consent.

A regularly interacting or interdependent group of items forming a unified whole.
Plagiarism
Using work done by somebody else and making it seem as if you did the work. Taking the credit without giving credit to the person who actually did it.

Keyboards that are shaped differently to help prevent strain.

Conforming to accepted standards of conduct.
Crash
An un expected halt of program, most often due to a software error, occassionally due to a hardware failure from which there is no recovery. You would probably have to reboot the computer.

The communication or reception of knowledge or intelligence.
Anti-Virus Program
This is an application program where you can detect or eliminate a computer virus or infection.
Virus
A negative effect causing a program to operate incorrectly or corrupting a computers memory.
Cookie
An aplhanumeric string or text that is sent to and saved in your computer from a web page. Every time you access the same page your hard drive will be searched for the "Cookie" provide feedback information to the web pages.
Carpal Tunnel Sydrome
Medical condition caused by repetitive strain or pinching of the nerves in your wrist.
Phishing
An attempt to criminally and fraudulently acquire sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords and credit card details, by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.
Netiquette
Etiquette practiced or advocated in electronic communication over a computer network.
