- Superscript

- Header
- Text that appears along the top margins of pages, which contain information such as the title of the documents, page number, date, and other relevant identifying information. In a table, a row or column that describes the data.

- A feature that changes all of the attributs of a document based on the style to which text has been assigned.
- Building Block
- Frequently used text and other content that you can insert in Word documents.
- Synonym
- A reference tool that displays synonumsn. or words with the same meaning.

- A list of a documents section titles and page numbers.
- AutoComplete
- A feature that finishes words as you type them.
- Footnote
- In Word, sequential notes that appear at the bottom of the page on which the citation or explanation appears.
- Section break
- Used in Word to make text appear on a new page or to create sections with different pagination, heaeders or footers, paragraph formatting, or layout options.
- Endnote
- In Word, a list of sequential notes that appears on the last page of a document and provides citations or explanations.
- Intellectual property
- Things that people create, manufacture, invent or design and that protected by copyright, trademark, or patent laws.
- Shading
- To format an area of text with grayed or colored tint.
- Thesaurus
- A reference tool that displays synonyms, or words with the same meaning.
- Footer
- Text that appears along the bottom margins of pages, containing information such as the title of the document, page number, data, and other relevant identifying information.
- Sidebar
- A text box next to an article that highlights additional information that is related to the text.
- Border
- Graphic lines that can be used to separate headers, footers, or columns, or to outline a text box or other object.

- A searchable collection of drawn graphics, artwork, and photography stored on your computer or available for download.
- Text box
- An object that contains text but that can be resized, moved, and repositioned like a graphic.
