Has the ultimate responsibility for the safety, well being & efficiency of his/her command, as established by Navy Regs, general orders, customs & traditions.
Commanding Officer (CO)
He/she is the direct representative of the CO, is in charge of maintaining the general efficiency of the ship, keeps CO informed of all significant matters pertaining to the command & responsible under the CO for the organization, performance of duty
Executive Officer (XO)
Assigned administratively to the XO & assists the CO in advisory capacity in all matters concerning welfare, job satisfaction, discipline, morale, uitilization, & training of enlisted members.
Command Master Chief (CMC)

Assigned by CO to head a division of a unit's organization & responsible for the proper performance of duties assigned to that division & for conduct of subordinates.
Division Officer
The most senior CPO or PO & assists the Division Officer in the administration, supervision & training of personnel within that division.
Division Leading CPO (LCPO)
The senior Petty Officer in charge of a maintenance group & is responsible to the Dept Head via the LCPO, for 3M system operation w/in his/her work center.
Work Center Supervisor (WCS)
Responsible for damage control functions & related damage matters pertaining to the division.
Division Damage Control PO (DCPO)
The career information program manager; establishes an effective career-counseling program, maintains retention statistics, & keeps CO informed on matters concerning retention.
Command Career Counselor (CCC)
Manages all facets of 3-M program & reports to XO for coordination & direction.
Ship's 3-M Coordinator
Acts as a liaison to the CO on behalf of command's family members.
OMBUDSMAN
Functions as the command's principal advisor on matters related to Personal Financial Management & provides counseling to individual member's of the command.
Financial Specialist
Responsible to CO for all drug/alcohol abuse Level I programs, to include, administration of the program locally, admin screenings, prevention, education, & preparing reports.
DAPA
Ensures the QA concept of prevention of defects is reached from the start of maintenance operation to its completion.
Quality Assurance Coordinator
Responsible for maintaining health of crew members, making inspections, & advising CO on hygiene & sanitiation affecting the command.
Medical Dept
Responsible for a comprehensive safety program based on objectives by the CO & oversees unit-wide planning of safety program.
Safety Officer
Responsible for monitoring that safety is being carried out w/in their division.
Divisional Safety Petty Officer
Responsible for management of the command information & personnel security program
& serves as CO's advisor & direct representative in matters of security of classified information & personnel security.
Security Manager
