 Numerator
 The top number of fraction. The numerator shows how many parts are counted.

 Shows us the order for doing the operations when there are more than one operation in a problem. (do the operations in parentheses first)

 Difference

The anwer to a subtraction
problem.

 Denominator
 The bottom number of a fraction. The denominator shows the number of equal parts in the whole.

 Oblique

A line or segement that is neither horizontal or vertical.
An oblique line appears slanted.  Remainder
 The amount left over.

 The answer to a multiplication problem.

 The answer to an addition problem.
 Vertical Line
 A line extending up and down.

The Counting Numbers and 0.
