- Big Blind: No Raise
- Raise: Same hands that you would raise from the small blind
- Big Blind: Against a Raise

Play: Same hands as late position or one bet, except remove the weak offsuit hands AT, KJ-KT, QJ-QT, and JT. This leaves any pocket pair, many suited hands, AK-AJ, and KQ.
