Formed by medial borders of sternocleidomastoid muscles and mandible. Inside the triangle are the hyoid bone, cricoid cartilage, trachea, thyroid, and anterior cervical lymph nodes.
Anterior Triangle
Formed by trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles, and clavicle. Contains posterior cervical lymph nodes.
