- Formed by medial borders of sternocleidomastoid muscles and mandible. Inside the triangle are the hyoid bone, cricoid cartilage, trachea, thyroid, and anterior cervical lymph nodes.
- Anterior Triangle
- Formed by trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles, and clavicle. Contains posterior cervical lymph nodes.
- Posterior Triangle
