the process by which heat energy is transferred by a moving fluid

an opening in the Earth's crust through which hot gases, rock fragments, and molten rock erupt.

Also, magma erupts along convergent and divergent boundaries

a place where the plates that make up Earth's crust and upper mantle move past one another

Examples of these mountains are:
a mountain formed when magma lifts Earth's surface, creating a broad dome, or buldge. The magma cools and hardens under the surface fomring a buldge.

Examples: Sangre de Cristo, Big Horn, Black Hills, Longs Peak
Lithosphere:
is the solid, rocky layer of Earth, including the crust and the top part of the mantle.
Magnetic Field:
is the space around a magnet within the force of the magnet when exerted
Convection Current
the path along which energy is transferred during convection
Plate Boundary
The places where the plates that make up the Earth's crust and upper mantle either move together or apart or move past one another.
Theroy of Continental Drift
The continent's formed a single land mass at one time in the past and have drifted over time to their present location.
Theory of Plate Tectonics
The Earth's lithosphere is broken into large slabs or plates that are in motion
