- Lane signal
- is each light that shows whether or not a lane can be used at that time
- Yield
- give the right of way to traffic and always slow or stop
- Shared-left-turn lane
- help drivers make safer mid-block left turns to and from businesses on a busy street
- Warning Sign
- Helps you avoid surprise situations
- Flashing signal
- alerts driverto dangerous conditions or tells them to stop
- Basic Speed Law
- you may not drive faster than is safe and prudenet for existing conditions

- speed set for special conditions such as sharp curves

- provides a variety of information like routes, intersections, service areas, etc

- Rumble strips
- short sections of corrugated roadway that alerts you when driving over them
- School zone
- portion of street near a school that is subjuct to special speed limits
