- First offense DUI

- slow down and avoid drifting into another lane, car tends to go straight the driver makes it follow the curve

- slow down, regain control, turn slowly onto the road

- no between 11:01 & 5:00am, no cell or devices, permit holder 2 least 21 & 3 yrs experience, all passengers seatbelted, must be from household w/ 1 passenger

- Second Offense DUI
- 48 hrs-90 days prison, 30 days community service, 2 yr suspension
- If your car breaks down
- move to a safe area off of the roadway
- Adult GDL
- 21 yrs old, pass MVC tests
- If your brakes fail
- shift to a lower gear & pump the brake several times, and look for a safe place to stop off roadway and call for help
- If your car skids
- Foot off gas pedal, steer in direction of rear of vehicle skid, lookin the direction you want to go, when vehicle is under control straighten wheels
