- New Testament
- Second of the two major divisions of the Christian Bible. Christians see the New Testament as the fulfillment of the promise of the Old Testament.
- Baptism
- A religious sacrament marked by the symbolic application of water to the head or immersion of the body into water and resulting in admission of the recipient into the community of Christians.
- Trinity
- A group consisting of three closely related members
- Bishop
- A high-ranking Christian cleric, in modern churches usually in charge of a diocese and in some churches regarded as having received the highest ordination in unbroken succession from the apostles.

- One who dies for their religion.
- Augustine of Hippo
- By 396 he had become bishop of Hippo, and his sermons and writings gained fame, notably his Confessions and the treatise City of God. His notions of God's grace, free will and Original Sin had a great influence on Christian theology.

- Heresy
- An opinion or a doctrine at variance with established religious beliefs, especially dissension from or denial of Roman Catholic dogma by a professed believer or baptized church member.
- Archbishop
- In Christianity, a bishop who has jurisdiction, but not superiority, over the other bishops in a province as well as Episcopal authority in his own diocese.
- Jesus of Nazareth
- Jesus of Nazareth is the central figure of the Christian religion, a savior believed to be both God incarnate and a human being.
