Gross lesions and other signs of Congenital Hydrocephalus.
Gross Lesions: symmetrically enlarged cranium, thin, dome-shaped calvarium, thin cortex (hypotrophy), open fontanelles and sutures, dilated ventricles, cerebral interstitial edema. Other signs: accompanied by skeletal, heart, kidney defects due to developmental connections to neural development.
