- Procainimide
- supresses PVCs refractory to lidocaine/VT w/ pulse refractory to lidocaine/VF refractory to lidocaine/also PSVTs W/ wide complex Tach. of unknown origin
- Epinephrine
- Bronchial asthma/Acute allergic reaction/Cardiac arrest/asystole/PEA/VF/And pulsless VT/Profound sympomatic bradycardia

- pulmonary adema associated w/CHF/Hepatic or Renal Disease

- indications PSVTs A-Flutter w/ a rapid Ventricular response/A-Fibb w/ a rapid Ventricular response/vasospastic and unstabl angina/chronic stable angina
- diazapam
- seizures/alchol withdraw/ acute anxiety
- atropine
- hemodynamically signifigant bradycardia/astsole/PEA w/absolut brady/Organophosphate or nerve gas poinsoning/ bronchial spasti pulmonary disorders excersie induced
- sodium bicarb
- known preexsisting bicarbonate acidosis/intubated pts. w/ continued long arrest interval/PEA upon return spontanious circulation after long arrest interval/tricylic antidepressent over dose/akalinization for treatment of specific intoxications/managment of metabolic acidosis/DKA
- calcium chloride
- hyperkalemia(except when associated w/ digitalis toxcity)/hypocalcemia(after multple blood transfusiona)/calcium channel blocker toxcity hypermagnesia/to prevent hypotensive effects of calicum agents(IV verapamil and diltiazem)
