- Wage
- The money a worker gets in exchange for labor
- Unskilled Worker
- A type of worker who works in a job that requires very little training
- Homemaker
- One who takes care of the home and children without pay
- Sector
- Any of the three groupings of workers: agriculture, manufacturing/construction, and service
- Volunteer
- To choose to do work for no pay
- ADA
- A law that outlaws discrimination against persons with physical or mental handicaps

- Skilled Worker
- A type of worker who works in a job that requires some training but not as much training as skilled workers

- The name of President Roosevelt's program for getting the United States out of the depression
- Equilibrium Wage Rate
- The point at which the quantity of labor is equal to the quantity of labor supplied
- Information Technology (IT)
- A service job that involves the processing in information by computer

- A group that makes sure workers are treated fairly

- A type of worker who has a college degree and special training
