- a graph that organizes a collection of data by using horizontal or vertical bars to display how many times each even or number occurs in the collection

- replacing each letter with a number

- writing algebraic expressions, equations or inequalities that represent real- life situations.

- velocity
- the speed and distance in which an object is traveling (up is positive and down is negative). The speed if an object is the absolute value of its velocity
