Use STOP method
S ~ Stay Calm - sit down have water, something to eat, if cold put on sweater, breath and relax
T ~ Think - Try to remember how you got where you are, look at map.
O ~ Observe - Look for your footprints, look for landmarks and listen for other scouts.
P ~ Plan - Use a compass, clearly mark a way with branches or stones. If you do not know where you are STAY where you are at! - What is the Scout Oath?

To treat them you would imediatly wash with soap and water. Use Rubbing alchol and calamin lotion to releve itching. - How would you help someone who is choking?
- If person is awake stand behind him. Put his chest on your arm and hit firmly his back with heal of hand at least 5 times. continue. Or put arms around waist and thrust upward.
