- Agent/dominant
- members of dominant social groups privileged by birth or acquisition, who knowingly or unknowingly reap unfair advantage
- Ally
- a member of a particular privileged group who rejects the dominant ideology and takes action against oppression
- collusion
- when people act to perpetuate oppression or prevent others from working to eliminate oppression
- discrimination

- something that an individual says or does, or a policy or practice, that makes us as members of social groups feel offended, or threaten our physical safety
