Good-bye. Used on more formal occassions.

Good night. Said at night before going to bed.
いってらっしゃい。
So long. (lit "Go and come back.") Said to members of a household as they leave the house.
いってまいります。
So long (lit. "[I'm] going and coming back.) Reply to いってらっしゃい。
ただいま。
I'm back. (lit "[I have returned] Just now.") Said when returning home.
おかえりなさい。
Welcome home. Reply to ただいま。
おげんきですか。
How are you? (lit. "Are you well?")
ではまた / じゃまた
Well then... Said informally when parting from relatives or friends.
ありがとございます。げんきです。
Fine, thank you.
おめでとぅございます。
Congratulations.
