Statuatory Rape
the taking of money or property by a person who has been entrusted with it
Embezzlement
the deliberate and malicious burning of property
Arson
receiving or buying property that is known or reasonably believe to be stolen
Recieving Stolen Property
the deliberate destruction or defacement of property
Vandalism
murder that is premeditated, deliberate, or done w/malice or showing complete disregard for human life
1st Degree Murder
the unlawful taking of another’s property with the intent to steal it
Larceny
taking property illegally by force or threats of harm or exposure (black mail)
Extortion
unlawfully taking a car by someone who intends to use it only temporarily

Rape
murder when the victim has done something to the killer that would cause a reasonable person to lose self-control
Voluntary Manslaughter
the act of following or harassing another person, causing them fear of death or injury
Stalking
assult in which by design inflicts pain or agony equivilent to torture
2nd Degree Assult
the act of hiding either knowledge or objects
Concealment
sexual assault by someone know to the victim, such as a date or neighbor
Aquantaince Rape
the act of stongly requesting or urging someone to do a crime
Solicitation
useing force or intimidation to steal a car from the driver
Carjacking
killing someone because of a moment of passion
2nd Degree Murder
someone who illegally access other people’s computer systems
Hacker
assult with a deadly weapon and/or inflicting great bodily harm
1st-Degree Assult
death caused by criminal negligence
Negligent Homicide
the deliberate taking of ones own life
Suicide
killing someone while committing another crime
Felony Murder
breaking and entering a building with the intention of committing a felony
Burglary
offering to something as a genuine document that is known to be fake
Uttering
the act of making a fake document or altering a real one with the intent to commit fraud
Forgery
the killing of another person
Homicide
unintentional killing resulting from reckless behavior
Involuntary Manslaughter
pyhsical harm caused by reckless behavior
3rd Degree Assult
the unlawful taking of property from a person’s immediate possession by force or threat of force
Robbery
killing that is justifiable (ex: soldier killing enemy)
Non-criminal Homicide
