Short head: supraglenoid tubricle of scapula
Long head: coracoid process of scapula

INSERTION: Common tendon of radial tuberosity

Action: Supinate forearm and flex elbow.
BRACHIALIS
ORIGIN: Frontal distal half of humerus; embraces insertion of deltoid.

INSERTION:Coranoid process of ulna. Capsule of elbow joint
BRACHIORADIALIS
ORIGIN: Lateral supracondylar ridge of humerus.

INSERTION: Styloid process of radius

ORIGIN: lateral third of clavicle, spine and acromion of scapula

INSERTION: deltoid tuberosity of humerus
LATISSIMUS DORSI
ORIGIN: lumbodorsal fascia, spines of lower six vertebra, lumbar vertebra, lower 3-4 ribs, iliac crests, inferior ange of scapula

ORIGIN: clavicle, sternum, cartilage of ribs 1-6 and aponeurosis of external oblique muscle.
