Define and describe musculoskeletal system
The musculoskeletal system includes the bones, muscles, and joints

what are osteoblasts
immature osteocytes that produce the bony tissue that replaces cartilage during ossification
what are osteoclasts
are large cells that function to reabsorb, or digest, bony tissue from the inner sides of bones and thus enlarge the inner bone cavity so that the bone does not become overly thick and heavy
how many bones of various types are in the body
shallow cavity in or on a bone
opening for blood vessels and nerves
a narrow, deep, lit-like opening
a hollow cavity within a bone
