acrimonious
adj - bitter in feeling, temper or speech
charlatan
noun - someone posing as an expert in some profession, especially medicine

noun - a belief or principle laid down by an authority as unquestionably true

verb - to state one's opinions authoritatively
dogmatic
adj - 1 said of an opinion: forcefully and arrogantly stated as if unquestionable. 2 said of a person: tending to make such statements of opinion
fiat
noun - an official command; a decree
inconsequential
adj - of no importance, value or consequence
mellifluous
adj - said of sounds, speech, etc: having a smooth sweet flowing quality
orthodox
adj - believing in, living according to, or conforming with established or generally accepted opinions, especially in religion or morals; conventional

verb - (also proselytize) - to recruit someone to join one's party, institution, or cause

verb - 1 to chew the cud. 2 to chew over something again. 3 to think deeply about something; to contemplate
